STRONG Nation® is a high-intensity workout where every move is synced to original music specifically designed to match each exercise. You don’t count reps — the music drives you, pushes you, and helps you reach that last rep… and maybe even five more. This class combines bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training for a full-body, results-driven workout. Every squat, every lunge, and every burpee is powered by the beat, keeping you motivated and fully engaged from start to finish. In each session, you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes. Explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are mixed with isometric exercises such as lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

Booking & Reservation Policy – ON by Eventus No Refund Policy All purchases, class passes, and memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances. Class Booking All classes must be booked in advance through the official ON by Eventus platform. A valid and active membership is required. Booking Deadline Bookings close 30 minutes before the class start time. Early Access Participants must connect at least 10 minutes before each session to ensure proper access and technical setup. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being marked as used. Membership Status If a membership is cancelled or expires, access to all live and on-demand sessions will be immediately revoked. Live & On-Demand Classes Live classes are delivered online in CET time. On-demand content is available 24/7 and cannot be refunded once accessed. Instructor & Schedule Changes ON by Eventus reserves the right to modify class schedules or instructors when necessary. Technical Responsibility Participants are responsible for their own internet connection and devices. No refunds or credits will be issued for personal technical issues. Code of Conduct Respectful behavior is required at all times. ON by Eventus reserves the right to remove participants who do not comply with community guidelines.
